Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options across the country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain threshold (e.g., ₹1499) or during special promotional periods.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Palermo Jewels is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window provided in your tracking email, please contact us at palermojewelsofficials@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please note: Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier cannot deliver to these locations, we will reach out to you via email to request an alternative address.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Palermo Jewels is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at palermojewelsofficials@gmail.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
